Clear decisions.
Faster execution.
I advise leaders and organizations on strategic leadership readiness — clarifying how they think, decide and structure execution, so complex projects move again.
Capable teams. Stalled decisions.
Most transformation programs don't fail on strategy. They fail on the layer underneath — where decisions are made, owned and escalated. When that layer is unclear, even the best plan loses momentum.
The same questions return to the table, week after week — nothing is truly settled.
Everyone is responsible, so no one is. Accountability dissolves between roles.
Issues sit too long at the wrong level before they reach someone who can decide.
Good people, capable teams — yet execution slows and no one can name exactly why.
Advisory, sparring and focused workshops.
Not generic coaching — structured work on decision clarity, ownership and leadership systems.
A focused review of how clearly leadership teams think, decide, assign ownership and structure execution — before a program starts, not after it stalls.
A compact assessment of where decisions stall, ownership blurs and execution loses momentum.
A facilitated workshop to identify structural friction in leadership, decision-making and execution.
Advisory sparring for leaders preparing or steering transformation. Focused on clarity and execution structure.
Where advisory, task-force leadership or execution structure is needed. A secondary offer.

I advise on strategic leadership readiness — clarifying how leaders think, decide and structure execution in complex, technical and project-driven environments.
My background is in automotive project and program management: multi-million-euro programs, and task-force leadership in supply-critical, high-pressure environments. That work was transformation through execution — stabilizing critical situations, creating decision clarity and changing how teams worked across functions and manufacturing sites.
I am currently developing the Strategic Leadership Readiness framework within my master thesis in Strategic Management.
Less noise in execution.
Transformation that holds.
